About Guided Coaching and Consulting
I get that you are brimming with ideas. Dreams of making the world a better place. Ideas of how to support people to have better lives. Goals of living your fullest life and to your fullest potential.
The challenge isn't in having dreams. The challenge is in knowing how to solidify and accomplish your vision.
Therefore, my products and services are designed to help you gain clarity and develop an attainable plan to achieve the change you want in your life, business, or ministry.
Many programs focus on individuals. Others focus on organizations. Guided Coaching and Consulting focuses on both. Why? Because it's the people who make up the organization, and the organization that exists for the benefit of the people. They're interconnected.
My Solution
Guided Coaching and Consulting uses The Guided Method (TGM), that can be used for the individual person and/or an organization.
TGM uses a blend of creativity and strategy. Yes, I focus on the strategic elements of a vision - SMART goals, capacity, SWOT analysis, and more.
But I also focus on the creative process of vision attainment and achieving quantitative and qualitative goals.
In addition, TGM always looks at the people involved in the vision. My goal is to help people grow and develop as needed to reach the plans they have in mind.
